Electrical and Electronics Engineering is one of the engineering branches taking on an important role in developing the technological products, easing the daily life and increasing the life quality. Because of this reason, electrical-electronics engineering is a profession, needed primarily in industry in our fast growing country and the need of electrical-electronics engineers will also increasingly continue in the future. 

The aim of the department is to raise qualified researchers and engineers by educating them in the fields of electric and electronic, communication and computer technology and by giving them research and industrial application opportunities at the level of modern science and technology, to contribute to the studies of the organizations of the region and the country via research and development and to the knowledge and experiential background of its field by means of regular research. 

The objective of our department is raising individuals who have the aim of reaching international standards, can design original systems by keeping up with the developments of his/her own discipline, compete in the global arena, are sensible to universal values, adopt business ethics, use technology and his/her knowledge for the welfare and happiness of the society.
