Sports provides individuals with opportunities to get to know each other, enrich their friendship relations and gain healthy life habits.

World Health Organization defines being completely healthy as “being psychologically and physically healthy”. Our Sports Center conducts its activities within this framework.

These activities provide opportunities to make use of leisure time well and be psychologically and physically healthy for Arel University students, staff and the individuals who want to benefit.
