Prof. Dr. Volkan TATAR, head of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, visited Portucalense University in Portugal between 23-27 April 2018 within the scope of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Programme and delivered a lecture titled “The Effect of International Organizations on Turkish Foreign Policy”. During his visit he also signed an Erasmus+ Student and Staff Mobility agreement on behalf of Istanbul Arel University.
