Department of Nutrition and Dietetics

The Department makes scientific studies and educates professionals in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics. The undergraduate education program of the Department contains subjects like sanitation, treatment of diseases related to nutrients, determination and evaluation of nutritional status and problems of the society, developing plans and policies to resolve nutritional problems, improving scientific studies about nutrition and nutrients, management and organization of units that give catering service.

After four-years undergraduate education, the students graduate as ‘Nutritionist’.
